Abandonment and player changes
The hurling rules require a match played to the end. If it is abandoned, outcomes already settled before the stoppage are paid as normal and every other bet goes to odds of 1 (rules 9.10 and 10.44). A substitution in either team, for whatever reason, leaves bets on the result untouched (rule 9.16).
