Island: Pick the Course and Sail Level by Level
In Island, you are the one who chooses the course Robinson's boat will take across the sea. You will find this level game in the 1xGames range of 1xBet's site. Four levels stand between the start of a game and its top odds, and the table further down lists them one by one.

A game opens with a stake, placed through the green PLACE A BET button at the bottom of the screen. Once the boat is on its way, Robinson can come across a dolphin or a shark.
How a game of Island goes

Tap PLACE A BET and set your stake. The initial stake is fixed before the game starts.
Choose the course for the boat to take.
If Robinson meets a dolphin, your winnings increase and the game moves you up to the next level.
If he meets a shark instead, you lose and the game is over.
Between two moves, decide whether to sail on or to stop and take what you have won so far.
Two encounters at sea
These two animals lead to opposite outcomes. Meeting a dolphin increases your winnings. Run into a shark, though, and you lose; the game stops right there. There is no third result written in the rules, so every new course you pick either adds a level or closes the round.
Level odds in a row
Level | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Odds at that level | x1.3 | x2.17 | x5.43 | x27.16 |
Reach level 4, for example, and your stake is multiplied by 27.16; those odds are just over five times the x5.43 of level 3. Level 1, at x1.3, is the only one where the odds stay below x2, so a win there is less than double the stake.
Since you can stop at any level, the real decision comes after each dolphin. Taking the money at level 2 locks in x2.17. Sailing on puts that amount at stake again for x5.43, and the last step to the island is the steepest jump of the four.
Robinson on screen

Before any stake goes in, Robinson is already out at sea. He is drawn with a beard and a pointed hat, sitting on a raft made of logs, gripping an oar in each hand and looking straight at the player.
Far ahead, at the top of the screen, a green island covered with palm trees rises above the waves. That is the goal the rules spell out: help Robinson get to the island. Under the sea, a RULES link sits just above the green button and opens a window with the numbered steps and the list of levels and odds.
Island, Apple of Fortune and Wild West Gold
Two other games from the same range also let you climb level by level and leave whenever you like. In Apple of Fortune, the board has ten rows of five cells, you open one cell per row, and a rotten apple ends the game. Wild West Gold has ten levels too, played on a board of two or three columns, where gold moves you up and raises your winnings. Island is the shortest climb of the three: four levels, no grid to read, and odds that grow slowly at first and then jump from x5.43 to x27.16 on the final stretch.
